Summary of projects and events 

We are continuing to develop ZBP's Sage Coretime, the time and project financial management  software. We have developed a number of financial management reports, which will provide the partners with vital information to help them manage their projects and the business more efficiently. We have also implemented workbooks the CRM software to help manage contacts and sales and marketing campaigns.

 David Saffin Senior Partner said. “It has been great working with Mark again as his experience has helped us get coretime operating in record time and he has developed some excellent financial and forecasting reports which will support us in managing the business more efficiently in the future”.

 At RLF we are supporting the development of their Quality Management Syste. Integrating the processes in control with their Union Square management system.  The QMS, which uses the control 2008 platform, was developed and implemented in 5 months and has been a huge success. The system provides their Project Managers and Quantity Surveying staff with quick and easy access to the information they need to deliver professional services efficiently to clients. We will be implementing processes for other departments in RLF over the next few months.

 Steve Henigan Head of Management Consultancy and leading the project is delighted with the result. “Working with Mark has been a great experience his knowledge and expertise have been invaluable in developing our QMS, delivering both on programme and within budget. We are looking forward to working with Mark to further develop our QMS and also and also work in Partnership with Pearce Consulting on other projects with our clients”.

At Clancy Docwra we were appointed to review the document retention policy and procedures for the Group. Our findings have identified significant areas of risk to the business and we have proposed changes to processes and procedures that will save costs and reduce risk to the business as well as simplifying the way staff operate.

We have expanded our associates who support us with additional expertise in a number of areas including Lean sigma training and process analysis, and financial management with expertise in implementing Hyperion financial reporting systems.

 We have also formed an alliance with Michael Allen from Talk Freely as we believe that their collaborative software is an ideal tool to support innovation initiatives within an organisation.

 We have recently developed “Project pulse” a collaborative application which will provide proactive forecasting feedback to managers on major projects.

We have recently formed a partnership with MSSolutions who are delivering solutions using the Execview deliver a low-cost but rich cloud-based governance and performance platform (used by BBC, ITV, Essex County Council, and many others) to manage strategic outcomes, strategic programmes, SLA performance, and strategic relationships & contracts. For details of Execview visit http://www.mssolutions.eu/solutions
